Contact information for vulnerability reports?

Hello,
 im looking for contact information (email, PGP key) for
 reporting security vulnerabilities in VNC.
 I've already tried vnc "at" uk.research.att.com and received
 an automated reply directing me to check the web pages
 (which i did) and/or contact this list (which i am doing).
 I've not found contact inforamation reporting security
 bugs nor the bugs in question reported or discussed
 previously.

 As i am not subscribed to the list please reply directly
 to me.
