Kill Clients

What I am looking for is a way to disable the feature in the VNC server
side of " Kill All Clients ".  this option allows an individual to
disconnect anyone currently connected to that PC.  If you have posted this
response already in the mailing list, I must have overlooked it, but I did
look before I posted.  If you have any ideas that may help I would
appreciate the assistance.
