WinVNC runs as a service but i cannot connect when i am logged ou t from the machine

Hello,

i've installed WinVNC on a MS NT4 Server and it runs as a service, but it
does not work 100% properly.

When i reboot the system the first time i can connect via WinVNC from my
remote-viewer to the server until i logged on to MS NT4 Server directly at
the machine.

After logging on, e.g. when i lock the server (do not log out) it works
properly and i can connect any time i like, but when i log out from the
server, it is the same like after a reboot, then i have to log on again at
the machine and afterwards i can connect again via WinVNC.

WinVNC runs with default settings.
