WinVnc Error Warning Box

I am trying to find a way to either auto enter this warning box or simply
do away with it w/o recompiling the entire program.  I have set the
AuthRequired to 0 as well as the AllowProperties and AllowShutdown.  Since
I have done this, I now receive a message box every time the program
starts, which is on boot, and I would like to do away with that Message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
