bell or message by connecting a pc

Hello,

I try to use vnc as a tool for our user support.
To do that, it is nessessary, to inform our users about connecting to
their workstations (Win NT).

Only ringing a pc bell  is not enogh.
Is there any possibility to generate a message screen, at ist best with
an "OK" Button?
