VNC for ARM processors

Could someone can help me?

I'm doing project with ARM processor(CLPS7500FE-CIRRUS LOGIC). I would
like to implement VNC on my machine (LINUX operating system). I don't have
the support of 'Startx' in Linux (X windows).
