Logon script for VNC

It may not help for NT 4.0 but if you are using W2K, you can create a .msi
file, share that out with it's support files and then point a login script
to the .msi file. An user with administrative rights does have to login to
the machine once to get the service to install correctly.

Your biggest problem will be, that the installation needs administrative
rights on the machine. Still couldn't manage that with a login script...
