Resource Hacker

Resource Hacker, I believe just does coding changes. 
If not (and knows it for a fact) let me know.
I simply changed parts of the code, and recompiled in Resource Hacker, and left all the VNC copyrights and stuff...



The source??
I'm not that programmingly inclined, sorry. 
Might find a way on how to get it.

...and the source code is available at...?

What's the GPL say about hacked binaries? (I presume this is
what 'resource hacker' does). Why didn't you just change the
source and recompile (a heck of a lot simpler than binary hacking)
