My situation's only real uniquness involves a desire to hold the SSH session
on non-standard ports (no firewalls or business proxies right now, but that
could change in the future... and i also tend to like to know how to make my
machines less visible during port scans, so that may prove use useful
information.)

thanks to all those who spoke up, i look forward to really listending to you
and learning from what you have to say. i checked out
http://www.uk.research.att.com/vnc/sshvnc.html and, while it is good
summarizing documentation, i would like to learn of a Win32 <--> Win32
solution.

regards,

- Dixieland

p.s. - what of my question of SecureVNC... do you know if anyone is planning
to incorporate strong crypto into the vnc app directly?
