How can I launch VNC Host on a remote machine?

Oh, boy.  Welcome to the *nix world.  sshd is the Secure Shell Daemon,
used for securing remote login connections, though it can be used for a
lot of things that probably were not part of the original plan ;).  I'm
really not sure if the same functionality exists in the M$ world; I'm
not bashing Windows (currently),  I am just not sure if the same
capability to tunnel a remote GUI session thru a ssh connection by
exporting the DISPLAY variable is available.

Any gurus care to comment?  I've been 'away' from M$ stuff as much as
possible over the last few years, so I'm getting rusty.
