new encoding added (copy Mouse coordinates and cursortype)

Network sniffing give following result on mouse movement.
(Moving mouse on the screen, no applications ..used a shareware utility
"Personal Mouse Mover"))

zlib--> 11% less trafic
hextile->17%
Using picture as background
zlib--> 60%
hextile-->65%

Because only the coordinates and the mousetype are send to the client,
it makes no difference if you use a background or not.
Disadvantage: Only the standard mouse cursors are supported.

There still seems a bug in this test version. It sometimes crash on
not supported encodings. Still looking for the place I missed in the code.
Any comments welcome.
