vnchooks.dll

Ok forget that, 90% of the machines I'm updating have the problem. Rebooting
(which autostarts vnc) and then stoppping the service does solve it. Perhaps
the dll is only loaded when someone logs in the first time? Hmm, probably
nonsense... Help would be appreciated. Short story:

net stop \\testcomputer winvnc

copy "\\sorcepc\c$\winnt\system32\omnithread_rt.dll"
"\\testcomputer\c$\winnt\system32"
        1 file(s) copied.

copy "\\sourcepc\c$\\program files\orl\vnc\vnchooks.dll"
"\\testcomputer\c$\program files\orl\vnc"
The process cannot access the file because
it is being used by another process.
        0 file(s) copied.

Reboot and do the same, and it does work.
