as i posted earlier, you CAN close the program if it's in the system, like
on NT machines, EVEN if the reg settings are set to AllowShutdown = 0....
Just make the "about vnc" pop up and then kill it via the task manager.
Of cause, you can just disable the task manager for the users via the NT
domian.
