Tight Encoding Test

So far results are for full screen refresh of my active graphics session. 
The data is proprietary, otherwise I would include a screen dump here :) 
All of the refresh times are an average over 10 refreshes using my wrist 
watch. (couldn't think of a better way right now).

Encoding    time (sec)
--------    -----------
HEX         10.5
ZLIB        10
TIGHT       7
RAW         38    <- -- Just to see what would happen :)

Just for reference local connection (on the server itself) takes approx 3 
seconds for full refresh.
