Running VNC without installing it.

Is there a way to run the WinVNC host with out installing it?

I would like to be able to hand a floppy disk to a customer and say run this
file (like a bat file on the disk) and it start the host with the port and
password I have told the bat file to use that way all the customer has to do
it remove the disk and reboot and the program is gone.

Is this possible?  If not would it be possible to make an install file that
would install and preconfigure the host the way we want?
