VNC Password Utility

I seem to recall that someone had written a VNC Password utility for Windows
that would prompt for the service password and then out put the registry
change that would need to be made on any machine where you wanted to change
the password for the VNC Server. Unfortunately, I can no longer seem to find
it. I would appreciate it if anyone who knows of such a utility would let me
know. Thank you.
