I cannot access my WinVNC server via the Java applet. The server does not
appear to be listening to connections on port 5800. Here's the output of
netstat:

C:\>netstat -a | grep 5.00
  TCP danf2000:5900 danf2000:0 LISTENING

As you can see, it is listening on 5900, and I can access it using the
native viewer with no problem. However, I cannot access it using
http://danf2000:5800. I cannot telnet to danf2000:5800, but I can telnet
to danf2000:5900. This isn't a firewall issue. I cannot do this from
inside or outside the firewall.

I'm using Trida WinVNC 1.2.1.0. Back when I was using AT&T WinVNC, this
worked fine. I am running VNC as a service.
