What windows developer to use to compile vnc

If you've got plenty of money to spend, you might consider Visual Studio
6.0, which has both VB and VC++ (plus J++ and other stuff).  I have it
(company paid), and I have found both VB and VC++ to be quite useful to me,
and not always easily interchangeable.  Also, if you have a previous license
for VC, VB, Interdev or J++, any may reduce your price for VS6 which they
consider to be an upgrade of all of these packages.
