Reboot without warning? - revisited

Can anyone tell for certain: is it possible to reboot Win95 with
WinVNC running as service without getting a warning about clients
connected to vnc server (i.e.disconnect them silently)? I'd prefer to
avoid modification of source code.

I found several similar discussions in this list, but could not find any
results. Seems that it is planned for post-3.3.3R7 release? If so, when
to expect it?
