Palm Loop-back error

Thank You for your hint, could have seen this by my self!
But I do have one more stupid question!
I tried to find something like this to edit in the windows system folder,
but couldn't find anything! Where is this registration entry and can I
change it with the Windows Dos Editor, or the Win- Editor, or do I need a
totaly different program - if so where can I get this from?
Thanks for helping a little stupid guy who has no idea of computers ;-)
