VNC for Win32 Question

Does anyone know of an addon to allow for features such as:

Beep on Connect/Disconnect
and a Frield Connect message on the server saying "user X is connecting in,
connection will be accepted in 10 seconds" or something like that?

Any direction would be helpful!
