WinVNC - Dun 1.3 Issue

You probably have IE setup to autodial your internet connection. In IE click
tools, options, connection and tell it never to dial a connection. That will
probably fix it.

I'm a newbie to this networking thingy, but did manage to connect two W95 
machines via dun 1.3. Only problem is whenever the server is rebooted, 
something is calling for dun and dialing up my ISP. Removing WinVNC 
eliminates the problem. Any hints?
