Using VNC over Internet

It's not especially undocumented; I suspect they just figured it was
obvious: VNC will work between _any two machines that can pass TCP
traffic_.  As long as you are both on unfiltered dialups, just have
her use winipcfg(1W) to get her IP address, and punch that into your
viewer.
