In addition to this, if you know YOUR ip address, then you can get the
remote server machine to add a client. You start the VNCviewer on your
machine in 'Listening' mode, and then ask her to right-click the server =
icon
and Add client with your IP addy.

On WinVNC, the IP number is in a ToolTip for the VNC icon - just hover =
the
mouse over the VNC icon in the tray.
