Running X on localhost using VNC

OK. I have setthe font proper by adding -fp argument to xserver. But I
cannot still handle the keyboard.

TO be more specific: this could be Xserver which can handle
connections from vnc clients but can work standalone as well. I'd like to
do it without running another session on the localhost
