I did try this, but IPNR specifically won't work if configured this way. Or at
least, I don't know how to make it work.

I am running 4.7. I went to the Netscape update page, and it nevertheless told
me I have the latest browser. What it said I lack is stuff I don't care about:
Instant Msgr and Calendar. In any case, I have no problem w/ Netscape either,
running on a single NIC, or even simply attaching to the IP address that is in
TCP/IP ctl pnl on a 2-NIC machine.
