Can't connect to Vnc

Just installed VNC on NT 4 with Service pack 6 and an Ultra5 running Solaris
2.6, now whenever I try to connect to the PC I get the following error:

vncviewer: ConnectToTcpAddr: connect: Connection refused
Unable to connect to VNC server

Any ideas as to what the problem maybe?
