heavy problems with Mac & VNC

I try to use VNCServer on my Mac PPC 6400 (version 0.1.5 / 3.3.3b2),
but when I try to work on Linux using VNCviewer, the Mac desktop in my
vncviewer window is no longer updated after a short period of time,
although moving my Linux mouse still is visible on my Mac.

Also, there are some blinking squares around my cursor within
vncviewer.

Please give me some help... How can I make VNCServer more stable?
