VNC Licensing

Not being a lawyer, I find reading the verbage of the GPL difficult.  

What I want to know is: If I put the object code for VNC on my application
CD (to be installed on a PC at a later time), and make no modifications to
anything (or any part of the setup,binaries,etc).  Do I legally need to
include the source code for VNC? Is the pointer (URL) to the VNC website
already in the VNC doc and about box enough to appease the license agreement
as far as accessibility to the source and any other concerns?
