I've fixed a slew of extra bugs that were present in v3.3.2b2.2, and
introduced code that should detect interrupts properly even on NuBus
PowerMacs, which should improve stability dramatically on those machines.
I'm still testing it on my own (NuBus) machines just now, but I'm also
looking for some guinea-pigs to preview b2.3 before I release it. Both
NuBus and PCI Macs are welcomed :).
Bugs (hopefully) fixed so far:
- reduced memory footprint - 4Mb instead of 10Mb by default
- fixed memory leak where a connection's memory was not released until a new
unshared connection was made
- now able to share the connection (was reading wrong bit in the RFB protocol)
- "wrap-around" cursor bug on some PCI machines should now be fixed
- new interrupt-handling code on NuBus machines - **much** more stable!
Guinea-pigs please reply directly to chromi "at" cyberspace.org.
b2.3 should be available by the end of the week if no major problems are
found by our guinea-pigs :).
