HowTo restart VNC Server/NT automatically at logout

Of course, this assumes you are sitting on an NT machine to do the remote
controling of the service! Another option is to run a batch program every
5 minutes which checks to see if anyone is logged on, and if not, start the
service with the Net Start command. Also, I think there are some
shareware/freeware tools that let you create a logout script.
