How do I install / work with Java VNC?

Well VNC is setup correctly on the pc, because I can access it via the
normal vncviewer.  Other than that I can't use my browser with the port
number to view it.

Unlikely, unless you have a weird network setup.  If you can 'ping' the
server PC from the client, and the VNC server is set up properly, then
browsing to server:5800 should work fine.  Obviously, if you can't 'ping'
the server then nothing will get through.  If you have problems setting up
WinVNC, please direct them to the list.
