Starting WinVNC with -connect option?

Sorry, that doesn't make much sense...

What I meant was - do something like this in your main batch file:

CONNECT.BAT
START /WAIT WINVNC

and in CONNECT.BAT just:
PAUSE 2  (or however the DOS batch equivalent is, and however
          long it takes the server to be ready for connections)
WINVNC -CONNECT MACHINE_NAME
