A gentleman named Eric Freeman claimed to have written it and
made it available to anyone who emailed him about it. Very
personable fellow from the emails we traded. Don't know if he'd be
happy to email the number of people that ask about it on this list
though. I am considering putting it up on an angelfire page or
something.... just to have a quick answer available to those who
want it.
As for the philosophy that you shouldn't have it if you can't figure
out how to do it yourself... well, I'll elucidate on my take on that if
anyone is interested.
