What port listener are you putting on your machine that is your winvnc
server? I imagine to determine if the problem is at your machine, or from
your ISP, we need to be able to rule out one or the other. You said this
happens no matter what ISP you use. That would 'generally' rule out your
ISP. However, you also said if you put a port listener on 6000, you
couldn't telnet to it. What does your listener do with incoming
connections? Reject them immediately?
