Strange problem with WinVNC 3.3.3r2

Sorry, I wasn't very clear... I connect over plain TCP/IP... What I mean is
that  from the other machine I run vncviewer to my machine over TCP/IP and
it doesn't work... They are not connected to each other over the modem or
something... For the connection of my machine I use simple Dial Up
Networking of Windows...
