mailing list split (was: setup.exe)

Just my $.02 on that list split thing. As it seems to me, the goal isn't
to nicely categorize VNC messages in The Perfect System, but just to
have a way of not receiving most of the obviously unrelevant messages
for each of our concerns.

Then, a simple and practical way could be:

-Create new clearly-named lists such as:
 vnc-win-only
 vnc-mac-only
 vnc-nix-only
 vnc-dev-only

-When someone has an obviously platform-related question (winvnc
trayicon, linux setup, etc.) he would post to the relevant list.

-Else, or when in doubt, posts would simply be sent to the main vnc-list
as currently (where nothing prevents to answer "you should post that to
vnc-XXX-only list" if needed).

This way seems to me more natural, more compatible with VNC's
cross-platforms nature, and avoids crosspostings. The current list
doesn't work so bad and could continue as currently, but would certainly
benefit from having most of the clearly-mono-platform threads be sent or
redirected to a separate list.
