I sent in a message opposing the splitting of the mailing list earlier;
 This idea, though, I support. Setting it up so that some thought
about who should read it will have to go into a message before it
goes to the subscibers of the list would be great. This will allow
the "knowledgable snobs" (polite ribbing, not a slam, don't flame
me.) can filter out the "ignorant slobs" (again, I mean it in a nice
way) and get on with the nitty gritty stuff while still allowing people
in the middle (myself included) to learn from all the traffic.

(I guess the people in the middle could be "ignorant slobs with a
clue".)

One modification to the idea: Un"categorized" messages
shouldn't be bounced, but automatically sent to a "Limbo" category
that could be filtered according to preference.
