Carbonizing will work well for the Viewer :).  However, I'm not yet sure
whether it will work for the Server.  Unfortunately, none of us get a
hands-on with OS X for a while, and even longer to wait till we get
familiar with the API...

Come to that, I haven't yet seen a proper set of headers to go with
Carbon... these would be useful.  My copy of MetroWerks includes a copy of
CarbonLib, so where's the headers?  <grumble>.
