num lock & caps lock lights

We have noticed that if a user has their  numlock and/or capslock on (at 
the server), their lights go out and the feature turns off immediately upon 
connection by a viewer.

Is there a fix for this, or do I have something setup wrong?

Using NT4 with SP6a and VNC 3.3.3.R2
