If you use IPX/SPX, there's indeed a default of 32 sockets, which can be
changed in NWLINK registry as per MSKB Q142489:

But with TCP/IP the "MaxConnections" default is 100, and can be changed
in MSTCP registry as per MSKB Q158474:
