Disable wallpaper with WinVNC

This was the exact reason I had joined the vnc-list
several months ago. There was some exciting talk about
this at the time, conjecture about grabbing the
wallpaper path and file name from the registry, saving
it to a temp file, setting that registry key to "none"
as part of a process that automaticly runs when a vnc
connection is made, then reversing that process when the
connection is terminated, but that has not happened yet.
