Mac Server Windows Client Where's the option key?

It should map to the Alt key on Wintel boxes.  However there is an issue
with the Mac server not implementing modifier keys in quite the right way,
so it gets picked up by parts of some applications but not others.  This is
a medium-priority task on my to-do list.
