Starting VNCViewer by right clicking on Machine in Network Neighb ourhood

I have been trying to start VNC by right clicking on a machine name in
Network Neighbourhood.
I've got as far as adding the VNCViewer option onto the menu but all
attempts to pass the machine name to VNC have failed.

Any ideas??
