Using VNC with external DSL modem

The way I read your first post, you are trying to VNC to the machine
that is running WinProxy.  Wouldn't that mean it doesn't matter how
WinProxy is set up?  WinProxy setup configures how other lan machines
not on the internet go out to the internet.  But I think you're saying
you want to VNC to the machine that IS on the internet.  By the way, I
can't ping your ip address.  About your dsl router, is it really a
router?  If it is, why would you need WinProxy?  Who makes it?  I think
the problem is elsewhere than WinProxy.
