WinVNC on Win NT 4 Terminal Server/Citrix Metaframe

Yes, it works.  I only use it to access the console display, not any virtual
displays.  The virtual displays must be viewed somewhere using mstsc.exe in
order for VNC to be able to remote them, which rather defeats the objective!
