Autostarting vncserver non-root (was RE: help)

Sounds like it could be permissions on /tmp &/or /tmp/.X11-unix

Try chmod 1777 on each directory.

Failing that, I'm not sure what the problem could be... works just fine
here :-(

What system / version are you running this on?
