So, apparently it's not included for this particular extension. Try going to
ftp.xfree86.org and grabbing the full source code for XFree86 version 3.3.2
which the README in Xvnc claims is what they started with and get that
directory out of there, plunk that directory from the full source into your
Xvnc source tree and give it another try. Hopefully it'll work.
