I tried to compile it with BuildXInputExt set to YES and Xibmserver YES too.
However it complains about a directory that it cannot find. i.e.
Xvnc/programs/Xserver/Xi
I checked the source code, there is no such a directory. What is the work
around this?

The XInputExtension isn't AIX specific, to the best of my knowledge.
If you try rebuilding Xvnc for AIX yourself using the patch I provided, and
change the line in Xvnc/config/cf/vnc.def that says BuildXInputExt from NO to
YES, it may work. Might need to grab some additional source code from the
full XFree86 build though, as I don't know if the extensions are all included
with VNC or not.
