Multiple Viewers

Hi,

I've been using VNC for one to one (NT to NT) remote control with no problems.
I now want to have multiple viewers of a single vnc server.
What do I need to change on the vnc server to enable multiple viewer access?

(I'm running winvnc 3.3.3 R7 on an NT4, SP5 system; And vnc viewers on NT4 SP5 worktations)
